Hi, I'm Rhonda
I'm a dog trainer, socialization & business expert with over 15 years experience helping thousands of dogs learn how to socialize again.
I didn’t always believe dogs could be safely socialized.
Early on, I learned the hard way that without foundational emotional regulation skills and trust in you as a leader, socialization just creates stress, conflict, and confusion.
Everything changed when I stopped throwing dogs into situations and started building regulation, clarity, and leadership first.
Once those foundations were in place, I was able to successfully socialize dogs of all temperaments, histories, and challenges. At one point, I even believed my own dog was aggressive! She (Gabby) later became one of my greatest teachers and most reliable socialization helpers.
That experience shaped everything I do today and is why I don’t move dogs into socialization without first teaching the foundations inside Foundations of True Friendliness™.
